Refund & cancellation policy
Seller: EtnoSample Ltd. (ЕтноСемпъл ЕООД) handles customer service, cancellations and refunds. Card payments are processed securely through myPOS.
Refund method: Amounts are refunded to the same card / original payment method through myPOS.
Processing time: Within 14 business days after we approve the request. Depending on the issuing bank, the amount may appear in your account a few days later.
1. Free trial, digital products and the right of withdrawal
We sell only digital products — no physical goods are shipped:
Software and applications (Style Edit Pro, Key Detector, Style Optimizer, FM-DX Converter, VL Editor):
- They include a free 24-hour trial (full demo access) before purchase.
- After payment you receive a licence key. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: if the program does not work correctly on your device, you may request a refund within 14 days. On refund the licence key is deactivated remotely.
Sample sets, sound libraries, styles and audio files:
- Because of the nature of the content (unprotected digital audio files that load directly into the synthesizer’s memory and cannot be returned or deleted remotely), no trial period is offered for these products.
- Pursuant to Article 57, item 13 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (ЗЗП), the right of withdrawal and of a refund ends once the download has started.
- Before completing payment, the buyer confirms this with an express checkbox: they consent to immediate performance and confirm that they lose the right of withdrawal.
2. How to cancel an order or request a refund
Send an email to EtnoSample@gmail.com with your order number. We reply within 6 hours on working days.
Approved amounts are refunded by EtnoSample Ltd through myPOS to the same bank card used for the payment, within 14 business days.
3. Defective products and non-conformity
If a digital file is defective, corrupted or materially does not correspond to the description and demonstrations on the site, contact us immediately. We will first fix the technical problem or provide a corrected file. If it is objectively impossible for us to remedy the problem, the amount paid is refunded in full.
4. Statutory rights
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under the law of the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union.
